Marketing and Campaign Manager

Summary: In this role of Marketing and Campaign Manager, you will be responsible for planning and coordinating a cohesive brand and awareness of FLCA through marketing campaigns, social media awareness, and events. Your duties include coordinating the efforts of the management team, leadership board, admin staff, and interns, and developing strategic plans for communicating a brand message.

 

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Create and design cohesive brand and content
  • Developing marketing strategies for FLCA programs and events
  • Organizing promotional events
  • Reviewing current marketing campaigns for weaknesses and developing solutions within budget constraints 
  • Maintaining social media (or oversee a SM intern)
  • Manage and grow affiliate marketing program - Liberty Scholar
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results
  • Write and distribute various press releases throughout the year
  • Brainstorming fresh advertising ideas with senior management
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Knowledge of marketing-related business practices, including advertising, market research, and technology
  • 2-5 years of experience in marketing
  • Time management and organizational skills in order to plan and execute both large and small marketing projects
  • Leadership skills and a self-starter attitude for remote work
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
