Two Dirty Little Secrets the Feds and their Supremacist Minions don’t want you to know

This entry is part 17 of 32 in the series Constitutional Insights

Nullification- the 10th Amendment

  1. Nullification WORKS. Not only that Nullification IS WORKING. States are standing for their Sovereignty all over the union and they are succeeding in securing the power that was RESERVED to them by the authority of the PEOPLE. Nullification exists, nullification works, and nullification is the RIGHT of every State to stand against the unconstitutional assertion of power by the federal government. Don’t believe me? Check this out.
  2. The feds don’t have the manpower or the resources to enforce their laws and regulations. They rely on co-opting the States and local governments to do it for them. The simplicity in the real solution of limiting the federal government lies in know this fact. Once we really know it then we realize all we need to do is to refuse to comply. Once we refuse to comply, we simply tell the feds “No!”. Job done. They cannot, and Kansas has proven they will not, go against the States to enforce their unconstitutional federal actions.

Want to see what YOUR State is doing in the Nullification solution? Go here. You might be surprised by what you find.

So there you have it. It is very simple. No, not easy, but yes, very simple. How do we do it? How do we begin? It always begins with proper education. Without proper education we do not have the courage to stand and will simply go along with whatever is before us because we feel powerless.

It is time to WAKE UP! It is time to STAND UP! It is time to say NO MORE, WE WILL NOT COMPLY!

“The reason why Men enter into Society, is the preservation of their Property; and the end why they choose and authorize a Legislative is that there may be Laws made, and Rules set as Guards and Fences to their Properties, to limit Power, and moderate the Dominion of every Part and Member of the Society…whenever the Legislators endeavor to take away and destroy the Property of the People, or to reduce them to Slavery under Arbitrary Power, they put themselves into a state of War with the People…” John Locke, Second Treatise.
